You send the invoice link via WhatsApp, the customer pays by cash, bank transfer or cheque, and you record it in one tap. Every payment lands in one ledger you can reconcile at a glance.

Sends from your phone, not ours.
Every quotation, invoice, booking confirmation, and bulk promo opens in your own WhatsApp with the message pre-filled. No WhatsApp Business API account. No template approvals. No per-message fees. Just tap send.

A fully automated WhatsApp Business API integration is on the roadmap. For now, deep links keep things simple, free, and under your control.
03Supabase backend
Postgres, Storage, Auth. All in Singapore.
Underneath every page of MekaHub sits Supabase, a managed Postgres platform. Singapore region keeps Malaysian workshops fast and keeps customer data inside the wider ASEAN footprint.

Postgres
Every workshop is isolated at the database layer with Row Level Security. One query can never read another workshop’s rows, even by accident.
Storage
Job card photos, workshop logos, and invoice attachments live in scoped storage buckets. Same RLS rules apply to every file.
Auth
Owners, admins, mechanics, and cashiers each get their own staff account. Passwords are hashed, sessions are signed, and roles are checked on every request.

04Email
Transactional only. We do not email your customers for you.
MekaHub uses Supabase Auth to send the handful of emails that need to leave our servers: password resets, email verification, and the occasional invoice copy for accounting purposes. That is the entire list.
We do not run marketing emails on your behalf. We do not store a separate mailing list. If you want to keep your own newsletter going, use whichever tool you already trust, MailerLite, Brevo, Mailchimp, the choice stays yours.
Every transactional email is sent over authenticated SMTP with SPF and DKIM in place. The from address belongs to MekaHub, so customer replies bounce back to support and never get lost in a workshop owner’s inbox.
05Mobile (iOS)
Same backend. Native iOS. Real-time sync.
The MekaHub iOS app talks to the same Supabase backend as the web app. Open a job card on your phone in the bay, changes appear on the cashier’s screen at the front counter a moment later.
