We are a small team. Web developers, ex-mechanics, and people who genuinely love cars. We built MekaHub because Malaysian workshops deserve better tools than Excel sheets, scattered WhatsApp chats, and a notebook on the counter.

Before we wrote a single line of code, we sat with workshop owners and mechanics. We watched paper job cards get flipped through, WhatsApp threads get scrolled in search of a customer's last service date, and invoices get sent, ignored, and re-sent for three days straight.
It was not chaos because people were lazy. It was chaos because the tools were wrong. Workshops were patching together apps that were never built for them, and most software vendors had never set foot on a workshop floor.
Mechanics know their craft. A good technician can hear a wheel bearing going before most diagnostic tools catch it. We are not here to replace any of that. We just want to give workshops a better way to keep records, get paid faster, and bring customers back, so the actual work can take the front seat.

No big sales department. No outsourced support tier. When you message us, you talk to someone who either wrote the code or fixed a car this morning.
Build only what workshops use
No feature bloat. If a workshop owner cannot point to where it saves them time or money, it does not ship. We would rather have ten useful screens than fifty clever ones.
Mobile-first, always
Owners check on phones, not desktops. Every page is built phone-up. If it does not fit a 360px screen, it does not pass our review.
Real Malaysian context
SST toggles per invoice. WhatsApp deep links. Plate numbers that respect every regional variant. Bahasa where it reads naturally. Not a US product with a translation slapped on.
Listen more than we ship
Workshop owners tell us what is broken. We fix it. Every release is shaped by feedback from real shops, not internal whiteboards.
We are based in Malaysia and we build for workshops everywhere in the country. From a single-mechanic shop to a multi-branch tyre chain, the same product works for everyone.
Our servers sit on Supabase in Singapore. That gives Malaysian workshops fast page loads, and it keeps customer data inside the region for data residency. Every workshop is isolated at the database layer with Row Level Security, so your records stay yours.
